Fuck it, if they want to get booted with points adjusted and we win PL - brilliant. i'd love rubbing my 'elite club' mates noses in it.

Plus with non of these elite teams in the CL for a while we may win that too.

Imagine PL and CL winners before they come crawling back ha ha.

Thanks. (couldn't be arsed to work it out!)

Just got to hold our nerve to make Southampton the biggest club never to have won the top flight in England then.

Has anyone found a link to the Premier League Table with the 'Big Six' results removed?

Are we top, 2nd or 3rd?

Re: Champions League here we come
to be honest, anyone playing in the champions league who aren't champions of anything has always been a farce

and can we please stop calling them 'barca'? they're every bit as much of a bunch of cunts as Chelsea and Tottenham and should be treated as such.

"Us possibly playing in the Champions league next season due to this won’t mean much."

It's crazy people think like that.

I suppose you'll turn your nose up to winning the league this year if those teams get chucked out also?

Re: Champions League here we come
Us possibly playing in the Champions league next season due to this won’t mean much.

A Champions League without Barca, Real Madrid, Juventus, Inter, Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool etc is basically the Europa League.

A big part of a club like us playing in the champions league is the thought of playing against the likes of Barca & Real Madrid.

Re: Champions League here we come
We are still capable of beating Chelsea next week. Win that and we really are in the driving seat.

To use a metaphor, we are at the final stage of Bullseye where Jim Bowen asks us whether we want to go for the big prize or take our money and run. One of our players is decent but the other one can’t throw darts for toffee.

I want to go for that speedboat.

Re: Champions League here we come
Major setback yesterday but it's still on. Our record against the teams outside of the big6 is still brilliant and 5 out of 6 remaining games are against those teams. Brighton, Wba and Southampton won't really have anything to play for by the time we play them.

El Coucho 12:13 Sun Apr 18
Re: Champions League here we come
Just did one of those league predictor things. Obvs the Chelsea game is now vital. I have us losing it, and drawing to Brighton and ending up 6th. A draw makes a massive a difference and a win would be brilliant. Just hope they don't screw up the easier games.
